Our Shipping Policy:
You may select any delivery option during checkout at our discounted USPS or UPS delivery rates. All our shipping rates are calculated by the United States Postal Service USPS, or United Parcel Service UPS.
You may also select to order online and we can hold your item for instore pick up at your convenience, to save any shipping costs. We are happy to assist and help in any way we can!
General Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, please contact us for a Return Good Authorization and return instructions as soon as possible after you receive your order. All approved items for return must be in their original packaging, in unopened, new condition. All books, sale items, discounted items, items that are special ordered, or apparel are not eligible for return. Thank you for your consideration. Once your returned item(s) are received, we will process your refund within 5 days.
If the product you received is damaged by result of the shippinig carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of the returned item will be your responsibility. If the product you received is not what you desired, we will give you full instructions as to how we can remedy the situation for you. It is our desire to provide you with the correct product for which you are searching.
