Shipping and Returns

Our Shipping Policy:

You may select any delivery option during checkout at our discounted USPS or UPS delivery rates. All shipping rates and shipping times are calculated by the United States Postal Service USPS, or United Parcel Service UPS.  Shipping times are estimated and at most times accurate, but are not guaranteed.

We will pull your product, pack your order and ship your order promptly, in most cases within 24 hours.  There may be cases where it may take longer time to prepare your order.

General Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization and return instructions.  All items to be considered for return must be requested within 30 days after your order has shipped to you.  Any Item approved for return must be received by Holy Cross Books and Gifts within the 30-day return period.  You may email us at returns@holycrossbooks.com.  Any item received after the 30 day period will not be processed.

All approved items for return must be in their original packaging, in unopened, not used, new condition.

All books, sale items, discounted items, items that are special ordered from the manufacturer for your order, or apparel are not eligible for return.

On your original order, If you selected any of our reduced shipping or FREE delivery option, and if your item is approved for return, we may deduct from your refund or credit used for an exchange order, the actual amount of the delivery cost on the original shipment paid by Holy Cross Books and Gifts.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items for refund.  The restocking fee may be waived if the return is exchanged for any other item or purchase.

Once your returned item(s) are received, and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 days.

If the product you received is damaged by result of the shipping carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of the returned item will be your responsibility. We triple-check every order for accuracy before we ship, if in the case you receive an item that is not what you ordered, we will give you full instructions as to how we can remedy the situation for you. It is our desire to provide you with the correct product for which you are searching.
